Blindness

in poetry •  7 years ago

The dark gown on your shoulders
Has left us blind, and other senses sharpened
We lie in the cosiness of our dreams

Tired you alight leaving the night horses
Your gown falls on the rocks near the streams
The brightness blinds us, numbs all our senses
