They say hairdressers
sometimes have more
than a pound of hair
in their gut when autopsied.

Little pieces of hair
get everywhere. Fall
into food, into drinks.
It's inevitable.

Hairdressers also have
a lot of lung problems
from inhaling
     fine
          hair
                shards.

Hi Rhonda, I haven't crossed paths with your posts in quite a while. Glad I caught this one. Is there a hairdresser in your family?

I was a hairdresser for over twenty years. I hate to think how much hair I'm packing around.
