Our childhood days seem far and faded
Faded like that first time I held your hand.
I know it's childish but it was our fate
Our fate to write our story upon these sands.
A little time to love you long,
A little moment to feel and let them see where we belong.
We've clung to our dreams, now we've created us a fine song.
A song so long
And they've been singing it all day long.
