Looking into the future
then into the past
parallel lives
go so fast
Now in the present
through the lens of time
observing how spirits live
their lives similar to mine
Enjoying their moments
we will never meet
going on the same journey
life is sweet
Birds are serenating
in the bayou
crickets join them
everything appears new
A mirror appears
reflecting water from the sun
joyful spirits dance
their work is done
Meditating quietly
spirit enjoying this treat
being part of this world
where past, present, and future meet
Meditation over
a duck splashes water on me
time to continue the journey
creating memories for others to see
