A rivulet of tears
such power indeed
so many meanings
what emotion do they heed
Some are happy
a joyful time for all
expressions of love
wonderful as they fall
Other times are sad
as loved ones leave life
we reminisce
ponder the afterlife
Tears of strong emotion
anger at life's events
trying to stay strong
wonder of another's intent
Such power
in a small drop
lifetime in a moment
it may not stop
Our lives filled with emotion
a wonderful journey we are on
one tear trickles
expressions we are not alone
