She is my mother
Like her there's no other
She is the keeper of my light
The source of delight
I love her dearly
She knows me clearly
She raised me beyond mountains of this earth
She gave me life, not just birth.

Beautiful poetry. I hope your mom read this and gave you a great big hug.
