One day I had a session
I painted my heart out
With paint ain't no white out
Another day I had to draw
My view of what I saw
The world according to me
Was a landscape of the sea
Then I had to sketch
My soul mate I never met
In my dreams on this paper
Still may happen yet
A piece if me
Expressed thru art
Helps me shine my light
In spite of the dark
