This means that one good day I'll find my bay...
My life is an old dusty road -
Many comrades, but far more potholes...
Here I learned the truths of wise scrolls...
Here I met a lot of lost souls...
The sun left in the past... I lost my path -
This means today is just hope's wraith.
This means I'm alone and failed my way!
This means for all mistakes I must to pay...
My life is a way through a thicket -
No more friends, just lost goals...

I like the imagery here:). I believe the potholes represent the not friendly faces we meet in our path. I like the way this stanza progresses, and the end rhymes presents a flow that allow the reader an easier transition from one line to the next.
