If - A Poem

If
If it drops
And ramifies in the earth
It will actualize on every eye
The nature's seated death grip;
In its mode of strength
Is mightier to weed the end

If
And if human is god,
He will tussle to bring down
The abode of God
And wage war against the Godhead
It slips off man's creation to surrender to fate
To limitations unconquered
To storm we can't control
To sea we can't delay
To day we can't encage
To night we can't detain
To retributions we can't avert

If
If we begin
Slowly slowly,
and gently gently,
truly truly,
to cut our cloth according to our coat,
The storm will freeze
The earth will be reborn
When sons of men live and let live
And stop chasing after shadow
To build their castle in the air
Men may outlive death's own power.
