Harvard Junky, Hipster, Queer
Drugstore Cowboy shooting gear
took cool cats in from bitter cold
sent Jack out on the road

had enough of Uncle Sam
busted,narc,Kentucky Ham,
in search of the perfect taco
with wife and kid to Mexico

Although Joan had never seen
the famous William Tell routine
she placed the shot glass on her head
and one shot later she was dead
with barely time to dry out tears
L'homme invisible dissapears
he travels light, just junk and fear
to Africa, lawless Tangiers

Hot night, rent boys, getting high
hooked up with bugs, became a spy
Brown time lost in interzone
type it up and send it home
Gyson's paint inspires change
cut it up and re-arrange
I Paris meet Ginsberg for brunch
and William Lee serves Naked Lunch

In a trilby and an old brown mac
a grey haired Chinaman on his back
William S. Burroughs is dead
at least, that's what Dr. Benway said.

Old Bill will live on for many years
whilst "shits" fear drugs and beat up queers
a new experimental youth wants naked Lunch to eat
Generation x now nodding to "The Beat"
