Hello, Winter, 

You've entered with the chill that is only yours to give.

Your days are much shorter and you make me miss the sun,

But I do enjoy your frosty nights that are spent cuddled by the fire,

And the warm cozy blankets and sweaters that keep us warm while you're here. 

Please be full of snow and good memories.

Don't be too harsh in your subzero temperatures.

Allow the few hours of daylight to shine off the the brilliant snow,

And Spring to enter as soon as its time.
