It's hard to use abs
When you abuse your stomach
That's the core issue...

Are you crunching on crunchy food or crunching for your health? At any rate, I hear running is a great way to focus on your core and a healthy, varied diet helps as well to reduce the fat that is stored around the waistline that covers the abs. You don't have to have a 6 pack by any means to be healthy and keeping your core strengthened...

Abs are coming here, since I started to go to the GYM in May on a regular basis haha....but I totally disagree with the statement up there in the animated gif. In my experience it is rather the opposite: THE PEOPLE WHO NEED CHANGE THE MOST, AVOID IT THE MOST.....

That's a wonderful thing to hear, glad you are keeping your health up.
And I see where you are coming from, I feel the gif can be interpreted both ways. I agree on both sides.
People who need change the most, could also be those who acknowledge the necessity in which change must be made, and they take up that responsibility to make it happen since no one else will do it for them.
