You cannot serve both...
As always, you will be able to see the balance and distinction between good and evil. A fine line between the Heavenly Father our invisible God, and the father of lies, the god (little g) of this world, the devil. Just as many who worship God and give him praise, there are even moreso who worship the devil, and those who label themselves as Luciferians. Now the problem lies in their position of power, influence, and manipulative elitist control which affect our daily lives, because they so badly wish for the continuance of the falling away of faith. This world has taught us to only trust the basic five senses we have been given, to live in the present tense and now, and rely on tangible, physical pleasures and desires. Sight, sound, taste, touch and smell are only small indicators of us truly living. It is quite a sad thing that many people are not able to access the spiritual connection they can have with God Almighty through Jesus Christ. Sometimes I think, the only way someone will believe that God is real is if they go through a phase of hell on earth before experiencing anything remotely heavenly, but on the contrary, one can experience the heavenly on a very deep level as well without the need for deep despair and suffering. God is holy and we have been called to be holy, and He indeed deserves glory unto His name, which is what I try to incorporate in my poetry and music. He shall not be forgotten and so often are we distracted by the worldly things which distance us from our Creator. We are mere dust but have been called to be much more with the spirit of God breathed into our being...

Thanks I was almost scared for a moment of what I would find when I clicked to read your post but I am very glad of what I found. I thank you for your work very good haiku. Those who do not put God first in their life above all things are at war with God. It is an active rebellion and God being a just judge must punish all injustice. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior I just ask that you would ask God for guidance, read the book of John, and I pray that you will accept God into your life.
