Hi steemians! I want to share my poetry here and I hope you like it.
Jesus saves us
Sin and strife cut me like a knife.
But by Jesus' blood, I have new life.
Though Satan tells me I'm alone.
Jesus sees me from His throne.
When all is gone and hope is low.
Jesus is with me to take me home.
Sadness and anger may fill in me.
But Jesus says "Have faith and see."
I will fill you with love and joy.
For every man, woman, girl, and boy.
Trust in Jesus to always be there.
He tells me I need not despair.
Give your ear and hand to Me.
And I will lead you through the sea.
As I did for Moses long ago.
So I'll do for every soul.
Give God your cares and your woes.
And He will lead you to your new home!
