Today, for Earth Day, I am reading two poems by Robert Frost.
Not only did Frost serve as the Consultant in Poetry to the Library of Congress, he won four, that is a record-tying FOUR, Pulitzer Prizes.
Frost is often referred to as the American Bard, a title he wrested from Walt Whitman. Frost reached celebrity status, something rare for a poet, and was a great performer when reading his poems.
