Empty Thoughts

An empty jar of thoughts,
despair,
freedom to crash
in calmness.

She was complete
and so was I.
We required no help
to fall for a lie.

Only lonely pack their bags.
Only brave sleep on the mountain train.
Only stupid say hello.
Only wise say hello twice.

Every step toward the peak
brings you closer to falling.
Every wasted second
deserves to become an hour.

      I'm in love with this poem.
      Tried to translate it into German.
      Failed.
      Sounds horrible and loses its charm and elegance.
      Well, I stick with the English :-)
