Blind Sacrifice by Hilary Ferrand

Confident strangers sifting through
A dark and sandy land.
We move at night to keep cool,
Trading sight for new soil.
Honing hearing, smell and touch
To dominate a new world.

Hi Hillary,
I like your poem. Being blind myself, I can identify with honing smell and touch to reach out. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, Bill. :)

That's beautiful!

Thank you. :)
