To know less reduces conflict and problems
Not knowing about your gossipers,
Your death plotters,
Those who wish you down,
And your critics
Then you have saved yourself
Knowing too much brings depression
And stress then paranoia and trauma.
Not knowing your partner has other playmates,
It reduces stress also not to know
Your best friend daydreams with your lover
It saves the Church not to know,
The leaders are hungry and need their dollars
It saves you big-time not knowing
Twenty you call friends wish you in a coffin,
The person you voted for will not fulfill the manifesto ideals,
He only needed that job and the paycheck plus glory,
It saves your happiness and self-esteem
Not to look back after you heard people laughing
What you don't know won't hurt you,
What you know too much of may.
Knowing either enlightens or burdens you
Some level of ignorance is always better
So ignorance pays
But don't be dogmatic about that.
Seek a happy and calm life
