    laughing
    and hatred
    the loathed

  • an if
    not a when
    and definitively not.
    a cage for animals
    reused
    repurposed
    a tracking

  • traveling
    and the wide
    out far and wide
    a kidnapping
    forever altered
    and the guard
    left
    at the door

  • taken back
    and unknown
    a malicious
    dark
    secret
    place
