I'm going to try to challenge myself, and this is the very first one. I am going to try to write 100 Poems in 30 days (essentially, I'm trying to pay for a Birthday Gift for my wife and this is how I want to pay for it). Anyway 100 Poems in 30 Days... should be something to see. I just hope I can come through with good poetry that people enjoy.

Pixie Circle, Time of Love

Lo and behold,
my fairest Mira,
your touch the waxing of the moon and the finest wisp of sun...
I, with heart of golden light,
finding you among the mushrooms with wings of willowy white.

Sigh the winning smile,
turns towards me in a sea of churning tides,
my soul yours
as you skills in husbandry work even on my animal nature.

I would be nothing in your presence,
a bag of stale groceries and a bottle of rancid milk...
the silken laugh a pixie's laugh
of tinkling bells and winsome tones
spun down a spidery web to drip dew along the delicate vines.

Call me the pineapple,
my rough peaks and hard surface sheltering the sweetest I have to offer...
it is yours to have and hold
as my love surfaces gold-on-silver and frantic with passion.

You and I eternal in our eternal demise,
a promise to take it turtle-slow in drifting concentric circles...
seated within the slow-turning way
we are quick to say I love you each and every day.

Your magic has transformed me
from what I used to be...
it is the essence of the lives we live
as we pass day-in and day-out,
making dreams to become reality
and dancing the last dances every moment within the Pixie Circle that holds us together.
