For me evening time is the best time and most of the times i do my Fitness Activities at evening, and particularly Running, Jogging and Walking. And there is a 2 Mile Cement Path near by my living place and i always perform my Running Activity there and i love that place and that is because, that path is covered with breathtaking trees carrying amazing flowers, and in my opinion there is no best place for Fitness other than pure natural environment. When i do my Breathing Exercise there literally it feels like i am deeply diving into my inner self and touching deepest inner depth. And while i am running i always observe the movements of trees because they give different level of boost to me like literally they are cheering up. Everyday it's not possible but i try my best to perform my fitness activities daily. I give resting time too because i believe that how much we throw hard ourselves in Fitness Activities, our body deserves recovery day too so that muscles can take rest and ready for the next session.
Fitness activities in nature can give the essence of best time spent for the day.

Fitness is my daily life lesson, i try to never miss a session
When i start for the evening session after some sips of tea, it makes me refresh and free
While coming out of the house i always take deep breath, to thank dear mother earth.
I always visit a place which connects with 2 mile cement path, here my fitness sessions expand my health
It's not easy to exhaust everyday, but Fitness exhaustion makes my day
My shoes says to me "I am tired", i say, no you are not yet retired
While walking to destination i decide, today mountain exploration, running or which side.
This avenue is covered with beautiful trees, greenery view is best one everyone agrees
These trees are carrying wonderful flowers, it expands my fitness sessions for hours
While running, trees reflects as cheering up, it inspires me to step-up
Soemtimes i faced flower shower, it felt as blessings and natural power.
After Fitness exhaustion, it's time for resting session
Our body needs recovery time too, to come up with something new
Muscles need rest, because it have to prepared for the next exhausting test
I take deep refreshing breath, at my evening path.
