Weepinbell with 1 HP defeats a Muk in Pokemon Soul Silver

So, I just had a battle in Pokemon Soul Silver. As you can see, I had a 1 HP Weepinbell, which managed to defeat a Muk. What do you think? Is my Weepinbell strong? :))
