Polar Bears Are Dying Because of Manifest Destiny

Back on Twitter and got into a good conversation about a Sad Subject; A Polar Bear was filmed, and it was starving; The ice melted, no food for it to eat - it's one of the saddest things you'll see. Naturally everyone is an expert in 2017 - someone blamed it all on "Religion" --- naturally there I was to pin it on "white Supremacy" - and we got into a pretty good convo from there.

Our understanding of God, as human beings is So incomplete. Those who 'identify' as Christians are often practicing a 'religion' given to their ancestors by slave masters; who corrupted that religion in order to keep their ancestors 'under control' - and not much talk is had, over the Council of Nicea - how books were selected; others kept out; So many have all come to accept that version ....

Those who do not accept that version (of Christianity), are seen as outcasts, rebels who are just rocking the boat; they're often tuned out even if what they say makes sense - like - we really don't know what happened 2,000 years ago on this earthly plane; we only know the version of the story the conquerors told us.

That brings me back to the starving polar bear; and whether or not 'religion' is to blame; or if it's the 'culture' of white supremacy, manifest destiny - the idea that the entire earth belongs to you; to your offspring; and that you can do as you please with it - including other People who do not look 'like you do' - this 'idea' of always being right, and never allowing others to challenge you - has brought us, here. TO a point in human history that we 'may' have been before - where people's greed and divisive goals, keep us from understanding our True purpose found only in Connection; in Caring about one another - and especially the animals that walk the earth.

That compassion is lacking; as our Focus is Inward; on the Self - and just as they planned, divided we fall - and since we won't unite; and move on what is right; We most likely, will not stand.

Just like the polar bears ....

Something must change - My hope is that it's not too late. SO many exciting things in our future, if we can keep our selves from self destructing ....
