I was dropped off by my mate at my local sainsburys and when I came out of Sainsburys after buying a pack of fags I found a Hampshire police car parked next to my mates car. I got into my mates car and found this bald imbecile of a harrasing policeman circle the car inspecting it, I got out to film him, he ended up writing down the licence plate, he didnt say anything (either did i) and after he wrote the licence plate number down he then left the scene.
My mate who was looking out of the car window at the time of his circling said he believed his shoulder number to read 25180, however this coud be in-correct. Frown alert. 0:09
