Dealing With Police

Dealing with police can be difficult. They are totally stubborn. No customer service skills. They are trained for bravery and to shoot at your most important organs if necessary or if you don't listen.

There are two schools of thought on how to respond to their questions.

The first is to describe everything you can to them in detail at your pace in the way you see fit at the time. Instead of a time of quiet reflection, you vent all your frustrations about the problem at hand and with the current government or anyone in your family or at work.

The officer is responsible for writing down, later, as much as he can. The more you say and the more difficult it is to understand, remember and write down, the better. Everything the officer writes down can be questioned by a lawyer in front of other people, including other officers, which officers hate.

The idea is the blabbering will work as a counciling session in a pinch and will basically make the officer never want to deal with you again, especially in court.

The other option is less colorful but just as exausting. You would simply say to the officer:

"I've done nothing wrong. Am I free to go?"

Even if you are upside down in a car with beers all over the road. Say only that. Repeat if necessary. They will have no idea what to do.

Your lawyer will have a rare advantage in a case and you have a good chance of being let go.
