Gooseberry Sour IPA sounds interesting. I am just beginning to develop my taste for sour beer. It's picking up momentum in Europe but still not quite my cup of tea.

Tomorrow I will publish this review in English so you will have something more to read. I think sours especially Belgian lambics are already quite popular in Europe, but an export to US and huge hype makes them less accessible. They are also quite hardcore in terms of sourness so I choose less sour options like one described in this review. On the other hand, you living in Netherlands should have rather good access to lambics and I strongly recommend buying some, especially rarer ones since they have huge trade value on secondary market and tend to age very well.

Thanks for the tips, you got any suggestion of a particular rare kind of belgium lambic worth buying?
