Tym razem spokojny trening tempem 5:07 na dystansie 10,4 km. Walczyłem z pokusą by przyspieszyć, ale udało się powstrzymać. Treningi spokojne, tlenowe stanowią bardzo ważny element w rozwoju biegacza, dlatego rozsądek zwyciężył. Na szybki trening w tym tygodniu będzie jeszcze okazja w czwartek albo piątek.
