I am not exactly familiar with recent polish politics, yet as far as I remember the judiciary system of the state has always been populated with law-abiding communists who participated in huge travesties of justice (e.g. prosecutors fabricating evidence against the defendants representing the opposition bloc before 1989) and their children who got their positions secured by their mum or dad.
