Całe życie staramy aby mieć super talie , figurę itp .Liczenie kalorii i paczenie co jesz i o której dla mniej jest to dziwne , mój patent na "dietę" to lenistwo np. gdy oglądamy TV lub czegoś w komputerze jest oglądanie jak w przykładzie silniejsze do głodu, jemy w tedy gdy głód jest bardzo silny , a gdy jest to od nas silniejsze to np. nie bierzemy do szkoły,pracy drugiego śniadanie lub posiłku :)

Dobrze, to zacznę od tego, że powinieneś popracować na ortografią i gramatyką. Po drugie polecam Ci blog @anna.urbanska, która jest dietetykiem i może wypowiedzieć się trochę na temat diety, bo niestety ale Twoje twierdzenia są błędne. Kluczem do dobrej diety nie jest głodzenie się tylko zbilansowane posiłki i ćwiczenia. Nie branie posiłku jest natomiast najgorszą metodą bo po powrocie pochłaniamy nie tylko brakujące jedzenie, ale i tworzymy nadmiar, bo ostatnio nie dostaliśmy go w porę.
