The US Senate unanimously passed the 'Taiwan Travel Act' bill on Wednesday. As a result, now the President will sign the trump, it will become the law of the United States.

According to the bill, Taiwan's top officials will be able to visit 'America with respectable dignity' and meet with top US officials. Additionally, US officials of any stage can visit their peers visiting Taiwan.

Beijing, however, believes that this is contrary to the principle of 'One China'. That's why China has already protested the bill passed by the Senate.

And today's Chinese state-controlled 'China Daily' wrote in an editorial that Taiwan's president Sai Ying-Owen would try to apply more sovereign power over the island after the bill became a law.

The editorial also said that if Taiwanese President takes such a step, then Beijing will be forced to force the island to stop isolation. In this regard, the quote of a law passed in the Chinese parliament was passed in 2005.
