Circular opinion piece with no opinion.

This is without a doubt the weirdest opinion piece I've ever read. Spends half the piece repeating his point without elaborating. Then when he finally gets to elaborating it is to acknowledge that people, even lawyers, have ignored what the law says and caused chaos. To a normal reader one would think he is undermining his argument- showing that indeed the Left is justified in being concerned- but he seems to be satisfied that he made some sort of argument in this piece.

I was expecting some sort of lecture about how court packing is bad or something, but it was to scold the Left for worrying about the Right doing something they've done before, because somehow the Right will use the Left's worrying to justify their actions. That's some real fine work there. Glenn Greenwald would be proud.
