We all have the right to be happy don't we? Sometimes we interject ourselves onto other peoples lives so what they see is fun or happy no longer happens. Why do we do this?
Have you noticed how our grand parents, and great grand parents use to fight for freedom, and liberty for all. A complete 180 from where we are today, where a lot of people fight for nobody to have freedom, or liberty for all. Have you noticed that? One generation wanted freedom and liberty for everybody, and today, this generation doesn't want that.
What is the purpose of this mentality? Do these people just want everybody in bondage? I am honestly confused.
I find it interesting when government makes mistakes, everybody says, "Well if we only had more government oversight". Basically more government watching what government does...
The problem with government is when they make a mistake, they get away with it, there is no competition or anything else within government. There is no opt out... It's mandatory and backup by violence.
I have no idea why people do not just want to replace these services by more voluntary means.. Doesn't that make sense? If we hire private companies/corporations, and they screw up, at lease we can hold them accountable, we can sue, we can put people behind bars or whatever. The complete opposite of what we currently do.
There just isn't any room for large government.. It's just a bane on society. More government = more taxation, and taxation is theft.
Maybe I am just looking at everything the wrong way... Who knows.. I just see a huge deficiency a void. Government never seems to fill the voids, it just creates more.
