I think The Young Turks is a hilariously bad yet very popular YouTube site that people watch for some reason. I never do because if I wanted to see stinky garbage I would look in my mulch pit after a rainstorm that managed to penetrate the bottom watertight layer.
But I remember the montages that were compiled about these groups of folks losing their damn minds live on TV as the results were coming in and as they saw their smug percentages of 95% chance of victory for Hillary gradually diminish to an all but certain defeat of their golden child the reaction was comedy gold.
I don't even know all of their names but their "leader" is Cenk Uygur or something along those lines and he is passionate about two things in life: Democrats and cake. This fat lump got really worked up as the polls were closing in 2016 and things started to look more and more as though the man he hates the most, Donald Trump, was guaranteed victory.

Their live feed right now is of course socially distanced with all of them being in seperate facilities at the moment and that is a damn shame because their psychosis and rage factor seems to multiply exponentially if they are in the same room. There is a hot person in the group named Ana and she loses her shit just as frequently as Cenk

The electoral map is looking exactly like I thought it would, seeing as how the only state that has voted even a little bit different than everyone expected them to was Arizona and i'm not going to pretend that I understand how a state can be called for one particular candidate when only 75% of the votes have been accounted for but I guess they have their ways. I can only remember one time in my life where a call of such a sort had to be reversed because of some late ballots.
The way things are looking right now, I think that The Young Turks are trying to not completely blow their tops because they were mocked pretty relentlessly in 2016 for their almost childish response to not getting the results they so desperately wanted.
However, the comments section of their livestream at the moment is almost entirely pro-Trump comments and this leads me to believe that i am not the only person that is tuning in in the hopes that this group of ultra-partisan people have difficulty containing their sometimes insane reaction to not getting what they want.
I will likely go to bed soon but since Florida has already been called and in many races in the past has been the one major state that is considered to be a crucial battlegrond state. DJT is leading in Pennsylvania, looks as though he will almost certainly win Michigan and even though they are saying my home state of North Carolina is "too close to call" 98% of the votes have been counted and the Orange Man leads by over 100,000 votes.

I'm going to bed now, because I have to work tomorrow and I'll be able to fast-forward through the livestream tomorrow if they haven't deleted it and it wouldn't surprise me if that is exactly what they did. In the meantime is in kind of fun to see how they aren't really even talking about the possibility of victory anymore but are already bitching about things that haven't even happened yet.
Totally simping for Ana Kasparian though
