Political parties focus on swing voters because swing voters actually come out to vote. A protest vote looks the same as an apathetic voter from their vantage point.

Accelerationists expect a reset when really they are just going to get fascism. If that looks equivalent to you, then okay, but I'm going to discount your political opinion. Our history is full of major social progress coming from incrementalism.
