You can keep locking up drug dealers all you want. Every time you do, the demand for the drugs they sell and the potential money to be made by selling them will always create plenty of drug dealers to take their place.

Hmmm... if only there was some way we could take away the crazy amount of money that can be made selling "illegal" drugs...
