Fair enough, taken as a completely standalone simple comic then yes it's a 100% logical that given a bowl of candy, one of which is poisoned, a person that wished to consume the entire bowl of candy would eventually eat the poison candy. However I fail to see the link between tolerance and eating a whole bowl of candy that you know to be poisoned. That would be stupidity not tolerance. Therefore you are arguing that tolerance=stupidity. That's a premise I don't agree with.
That's not true. For instance, I don't accept the premise of your cartoon, however I can still tolerate it and your point of view, even if different to mine, I can even find the cartoon funny :). So tolerance does not equal acceptance.
