Justice Gorsuch is our foremost protector of the Constitution. In this concurrence, he lays the groundwork to get rid of judicial deference to unelected bureaucratic administrative agencies and to restoring the rights of litigants to an independent assessment from a federal judge. A great read. Keep up the good work. Lots of work yet to do to tamp down the overreaching federal government and restore individual rights. Hopefully, President Trump will nominate more like him.
