You're implying the government won't just seize the property and pay them the regular property value. I hope for their sake they didnt buy at above the average value for the property, cause that's all the government will give them when they inevitably seize it.

Isn't that why they hired the eminent domain lawyers? To make it as time consuming and costly as possible for the US government? I'm not 100% sure but thats what I heard
