The War On Drugs Won't Work

Every single time a major government attempts a war on drugs, it will fail. If people like drugs, the market will supply it for them.

When they shut down Hansa Market and Alpha Bay, people will move to Dream Market. If they shut that down, people will move to a new marketplace every time.

If the markets get shut down too often and the owners fail to keep them up, people will start decentralised marketplaces with the help of blockchain technology.

If they were really against drug use, there wouldn't be a capitalist system that encourages supply to meet demand.

unfortunately it is the users who create the market, there will always be drug dealers while there is a market. so sad.

This is why I favour legalisation. It helps to keep drug users safe while recognising that governments are incapable of preventing illicit drug use.

This is a very sensitive subject on both sides voting for and against drugs / drug use. I will not directly answer this, but I will say this, I would love to see my kids grow up without running the risk of drugs. There are a ton of things already to worry about.
