You know part of the reason Canadians come here? Because Americans are going there and trying up their system.
you know?
that's the first time that I've ever heard that.
and I converse with a number of Canadians on line.
never heard it in the media either.
odd how they've never mentioned it.
I heard this from a guy in Toronto who's dad was waiting for some cancer treatment. Americans drive there because it's cheaper, and they get prioritized because they pay into the system.
I can't really find anything on google, but most searches are just turning up the "Canadians going to America" stuff because google isn't great at context.
I will say this though: Canada is pretty much the worst example of a socialized healthcare system, and it's still a little better than hours. They may have to worry about wait times, but they get treatment without going bankrupt. In America, you can be rich, you can go bankrupt (even if you have insurance) or you can die.
Yay.

Oh good, you've gotten to the point of not reading what I post. And you wonder why I called you a troll.
If you're not going to read, fuck off.
Like literally, the next four words in that sentence were "in Toronto whose dad." You couldn't read four more words, let alone the rest of the post? Fuck off.
