India's army chief Bipin Rawat was asked, if Pakistan can use nuclear weapons if India-Pakistan relations further deteriorate. He commented that if the green signal is given, the Indian army can operate the border with Pakistan. They do not care about Pakistan's nuclear weapon.

Islamabad has proven strong. ISPR, the media branch of the Pakistan Army, commented on behalf of the army chief, was unwilling to comment.
Pakistan's army spokesman Major General Asif Gafur told state television on behalf of PTV World: "We are a professional army, responsible for the nuclear state and elasticity as a nation. India should not be confused about this. '
He also said, "Pakistan's nuclear power is sufficient, but it thinks of the danger from the east. But we think it is a weapon to combat threats, not a matter of choice. '
But Pakistani Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif openly made comments on Twitter, the Indian army chief invites the nuclear attack. If India wants it, then they can test Pakistan. Then the army chief's suspicion will be quickly removed.
However, no comments have been received from the Indian Foreign Ministry yet.
