This makes alot of sense to me....."If I put a gun to your head, I can get you to do things you might not otherwise do, but I've not practiced leadership; I've exercised power.
This is what most politician do now, they hold the people on mental ransome ..

    Thanks very much, this is exactly why we need to change our orientation about leadership and leaders.
