My brother and I study law, and in truth your private property is not taxable unless it is being used commercially. To be used commercially there must be a contract (knowingly and willingly) signed by you agreeing to abide by the rules of the overseeing/governing entity that grants you permission to operate your business (fictitious entity). They don't want you knowing this, and the lawlessness they exercise to force you to concede to their demands is prosecutable, but it takes much learning, tenacity, and dedication to achieve it.
