It's important to know for sure, so I'm asking for help to see if it is him. The man on the right hand side.

The photo is from an architectural and interior design firm's website.

The firm displays work they have done for clients. One of their clients is Comet Pizza in Australia.

    That whole 'picture' looks fake to me, the straight lines are too straight, note the grass line on the left side, note the grass against the sidewalk on the right, the lighting looks fake on the top of the white building, the shadows under Mittens Romney's feet look fake, etc. I wouldn't call this a picture at all but more a computer-generated image. Not sure what you're looking for in terms of confirming its Mitt, it appears so, but the image itself, including him being in it, was all computer-generated, IMO.
