Nigeria is filled with different types of diversified corruption. And this is mostly cost by those that are meant to help u stop/reduce it.
In some parts of the country where Police has made it mandatory to be collecting/extorting money from ordinary motorist without even checking on what is inside the car they are driving.
NEPA/EEDC will give you bills that you know that you cannot consume because
i, there have never been steady power supplied by this same people
ii, They refused to give meter that have been provided for by the federal government except at times you sort the officials.
iii, The salary of a civil servant that is a graduate in a state level is something you cry for when you hear that and also in the federal level.
iv, The police are busy collecting/extorting money from motorist instead of checking what they have in their cars.!
when your in this category of people why wont you be corrupt to make ends meet in your family when you have up to three (3) kids and wife to carter for. you also need to pay your house rent and other things that are compulsory like when any of your wards fell sick, you must take care of that and Nigeria hospital will make sure they empty your pocket because they don't know the next time you will visit the hospital.
