Was Notre Dame a diversion?

In the wake of yesterday's cowardly attacks of church goers and travelers in Sri Lanka, I wonder if the arson of the Cathedral of Our Lady in Paris and the crude attempt to copy it in New York were only diversions meant to take the attention of security agencies away from Sri Lanka.
According to the Washington Post, the attacks that left 900 people dead or wounded was carried out by a local ISLAMIC MILITANT GROUP (Religion of peace my ass) with INTERNATIONAL TIES.
Was the burning of Notre Dame premature? Was it supposed to happen during Easter Mass?
Was it a diversion?
Why did it take almost 3 hours for firefighters to start trying to put out the blaze?

What is going on here and what are we going to do about it?
