Will the Australian liberal goverment now in power privatise hospitals

I believe that the Australian Liberal government will now crow about having a mandate even though they just won the election and their political position was significantly reduced from before the election. There my belief is their agenda is to sell everything and leave it to a supposedly open market very similar to the American system.
This will disadvantage everybody except the rich and our elite masters, as medician will become very expensive and to gain hospital treatment a person will have to prove they can afford it to join the queue around the block at the few hospitals that help the poor.
