Whisper deceit and treachery into everyone's ear. Destroy trust and civil harmony. Make everything political and give people no peace from lies, politics and scandal.

- Crisis - Orchestrate a crisis that requires miltary intervention such as widespread rioting and civil unrest, a foreign war or a civil war. Ramp up the rhetoric and propaganda to cause people to kill each other.

- Normalization - Soviet propaganda term (The new normal) Sweep in under the banner of peace to "restore order" with miltary might. Crush all dissents and eliminate all opposition. Vocal opponents and especially the aggitators in universtites, government and the media are disappeared. Secret police and death squads maintain a climate of fear and obedience.
