In fact Google will tell you that. If you ask it, it will also tell you the definition of socialism, so you can see that neither Stalin nor Hitler were actually socialists. All with Google!

No. A liberal in terms of policy, but a despot in terms of political governance. I'm not as knowledgeable on Napoleon as I should be though.

I would say they would both have said themselves that they were socialists but neither implemented the socialist ideal. I would also say that the British conservative party that are seen as right wing try desperately to be socialist but just can't do it and the Labour party which are seen as left wing try desperately to be capitalist and just cant do it. They actually both try to please everyone but are just hopeless at it. In the USA however they are just plain useless both parties & I don't even know what they are trying to achieve, Even Kennedy and he probably was the best wasn't the brightest of chaps. Since then they seem to have had a succession of blithering idiots.
