Saudi Criminal Suspects Evading Justice System by Fleeing U.S. with Fake Passports and Private Planes

in politics •  6 years ago  (edited)

Many of us know about Saudi nationals being secretly sent out of the U.S. after 9/11, despite the airports having grounded their planes for everyone else. No one could fly after 9/11, except for some Saudis. They seem to be able to shirk the rules and do what they want.

Other cases of Saudi nationals overriding the rules in the U.S. and Canada have come to light. It seems Saudi Arabia is helping it's U.S.-based citizens to evade justice. Saudi suspects are being given fake passports and boarding private planes, being whooshed out of America before they can face the charges against them.

This scenario often pays out like this: an arrest was made, and the Saudi consulate hired a legal team. Bail was eventually posted. In two cases, bail was $500,000 and $1 million. Once the Saudi suspect is released and has surrendered their passport, they still manage to leave the country and end up back in Saudi Arabia.

One specific case is of Sameer Noorah who killed a 15 ear old girl while speeding. He was driving with a suspended license. I wonder why? Not like he cared about the rules before or after. They just ignore the rules, and get away with killing people.

Two weeks before the trial, Noorah was driven to a secluded place where his ankle monitor was cut off, and then left the country, likely on a private plane with a false identity, according to Homeland Security.

Other cases include a rape, and a laptop full of child pornography.

If this was Russia, you can bet the media would be all over this, pointing out the evils of the big bear and red menace. The violation of American laws wouldn't go by unnoticed, I'm pretty sure.

This activity by Saudi Arabia is making a mockery of the U.S. legal system. They are beyond reproach it seems, get away with serious crimes. It's possible people with diplomatic privileged are using it to help these criminals flee, as if they themselves had diplomatic immunity.

I find the notion of diplomatic immunity idiotic because you're not bound by the laws of the country you're in with your "immunity". These people get a carte blanche to do whatever they want and it's hard to make them pay a price for their actions. The sanctity of diplomatic relations seems so important to our political masters. Being above the law is a privilege some have in our society.

I'm reminded of Lethal Weapon 2, where Roger (Danny Globver) shoots the South African guy with diplomatic immunity at the end. It was well deserved.

Too bad these other criminals aren't going to face the music, as Saudi Arabia seems to be above the law and able to make a mockery of the countries and legal systems their citizens are in. Meanwhile in Saudi Arabia, the shit they pull would probably get someone sent to prison without bail, or executed.

Thank you for your time and attention. Peace.

Wow!
Complain about criminals evading justice and then post a video of a guy getting shot in the face?
That's fucking metal.

Vigilante justice! Anarchy! Let's do this! :D

I say we strap them to a rocket and shoot them out of the sky with
Light Amplification Stimulated Emission Radiation.

What could possibly go wrong?

Seriously though I bet there are way more flagrant offenses that get buried much more easily because the criminal in question isn't from another country.

Not that I'm making any points here;
I'm just rambling like a lunatic.

LOl, I'm not much a metal fun at all :P but yeah worse crimes get covered up by those with connections locally.

The immunity the elite of the world receive shows who the cattle are and who the farmers are. My mind always goes back to King Ibn Saud, who seemed like a decent enough guy. All that oil propelled the non country into a world player for sure, and I can't help but think that simple man had no idea what was to be. He was of the mindset that oil was useless and wished they could help them drill for water, lol.

In a world driven by energy, oil is lucrative, but water is worth more because we actually need it to live. I think water costs near as much or maybe even more than gas. Water is going to be the future of wars :/

This shit sure does make your blood boil. Can't agree more with you point about diplomatic immunity. It's only purpose can be for those who intend to do wrong or have a track record of getting up to no good. Thanks for sharing the info.

It sure does seem to be crafted to allow a free pass. But there is also the side of a backwards country having flawed laws, being used against others, like diplomats, who did nothing wrong yet it's considered wrong in the country they are in. Like there could be a law where you can walk on one side of the road, or whatever. Diplomatic are free from the madness, but other nationals who visit the country aren't. It does make for another level of eliteness.

Money creates its own privilege no matter where you go or who you are. Not that it makes it right, but it is what happens. It is a shame that such people do not respect the opportunity they have and use their privilege for creating a better world instead of tormenting innocent people.

Yeah, the money privilege is powerful throughout the world. Too bad as you say, they don't use their power for more good everywhere.

Who is helping them to escape? Is it completely being done by the Saudi Government or is our government lending a hand in some way as well?

Yes, maybe the U.S. is helping the Saudi's too, good point.

It's people of a certain influence get away with stuff,
not people of a certain nationality, skin color, religion,
social status...

Diplomatic immunity is such a joke. It is however not unexpected for these elite types; do whatever you want in our country and we won’t (insert sanction, expose illegal activities, stop selling goods, etc that they can hold over the other). Sad state of affairs but it’s just a back scratching scenario at the end of the day. Us common folk mean nothing in their eyes.

Diplomatic Immunity works only for Diplomats of Foreign Governments here in America...In other countries, one is 'immune' from crimes committed against American Diplomats; eg. Benghazi.

Politicians often receive money from this class of people, we could even say that they are accomplices in many of their depraved businesses. Something really regrettable, the worst, is that the majority of society discusses other issues as this happens.

The only relation between Saudi Arabia and Islam is the holy city of Mecca... And there is no any other relation...
Saudi Arabia just claims that it is the center of Islam in the world, but in fact, it fights Islam in all ways and uses religion to spread hatred, terrorism, and wars in the world.
Islam has not ordered us to kill innocents whatever of their religion... But Saudi Arabia is doing this in Yemen and Egypt and helping to kill innocent people in Iraq, Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan...
Islam has not ordered us to insult women..... But Saudi Arabia prevents women from all things even from driving a car...

Saudi Arabia is only a tool to protect the Zionist of Israel and protect the interests of USA

Remember this well ... When you hear in the news that Saudi has done something... This does not mean that this exists in Islam...
Kidnapping and killing of people... Or the arrest of women... has nothing to do with the Islamic religion.

We call them dogs of the United States and I don't think the US government will punish them... No one can punish his dog
